These include being over 18, intending to travel and stay in the UK for only one month, being able to show that you have sufficient funds to support and stay, and showing that you can afford both the outbound and outbound trip. Please also note that if you enter the UK with a standard (business) visitor visa, you cannot switch to any other visa category while you are in the UK.
If you are planning to visit the United Kingdom to invest a large sum of money in a business in the United Kingdom, there is an alternative route to the standard visitor visa (business category). Instead, you can apply for a Tier 1 investor visa, which allows you to enter the UK if you are going to invest at least 2 million pounds sterling in UK companies. As long as you stay in the UK with the PPE visa, you will be strictly limited to only doing work in the industry, profession or field for which you have been invited; you will not be able to do any additional work during your visit, even if you receive an additional invitation from a UK company.
